  • Not at all. Everything I offer is designed with real people in mind. Whether you're just starting out, coming back from injury, or looking for new motivation—you’re in the right place.

  • I hear you—I’ve been there. A lot of what I share has been shaped by my own experience with chronic pain and recovery. While I don’t offer medical advice, many of my clients find the programs supportive, gentle, and realistic. Start where you are.

  • My coaching is tailored mostly for women navigating midlife, but the tools, habits and mindset shifts can benefit anyone who’s ready for a healthier, more sustainable way of living.

  • The Habit Club Membership includes access to the Giveit10 app, monthly themes (like sleep, strength, mindset), two GO Cook recipe packs a month, live workshops, back health tips, and accountability check-ins.

  • The recipe-only membership gives you two recipe packs a month (plus shopping lists and planners), while the full membership includes those AND access to coaching, resources, and the full Habit Club support.

  • Nope. Most of the workouts and habit challenges use your own bodyweight or things you already have at home. I’ll always let you know if anything extra is useful.

  • Content is delivered online through your chosen membership or product. You’ll get an email after signing up with everything you need. Some resources are hosted on the site, and others via private links or an app (coming soon!).
