Terms & Conditions

Last updated: December 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the GO Health & Fitness website and any programmes, memberships, digital products, downloads, and community spaces provided by GO Health & Fitness (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you have questions, contact: jennie@gohealthandfitness.co.uk

Use of the website

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the site, attempt to damage or disrupt it, or copy/re-sell our content without permission. We may restrict access if we believe these Terms have been breached.

Health & fitness disclaimer (important)

GO Health & Fitness provides education, guidance, and support for building healthier habits. We are not a medical service and nothing on this website or within our programmes is medical advice.

Always check with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition plan—especially if you are pregnant, postnatal, injured, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. You are responsible for choosing actions that are appropriate for your health and ability. If you feel unwell or experience pain or dizziness, stop and seek medical advice.

Results vary between individuals and we do not guarantee specific results.

Programmes, memberships & digital products

We may offer free challenges and paid options such as memberships, habit clubs, recipe packs, downloads, videos, and other resources (“Services”). What’s included, pricing, and access details will be shown at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.

We may update or improve Services to keep them current and effective. If changes are necessary, we’ll aim to keep adjustments fair and reasonable.

Payments & subscriptions

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payments are taken via our chosen payment providers and you agree to their terms as part of checkout.

If you purchase a subscription (for example, a monthly membership), it renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account area/checkout platform (or email us if you’re unable to access it). Cancelling stops future billing; it does not normally refund a period already paid for unless required by law or clearly stated at checkout.

We may change prices in future, but this won’t affect purchases already completed.

Refunds & cancellations (UK consumers)

Digital products (such as downloads, PDFs, recipe packs, and on-demand resources) are usually non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, particularly where you have agreed to immediate access at checkout.

For services and memberships purchased online, you may have statutory cancellation rights in some circumstances. If access has already been provided or a service has started, a deduction may apply or cancellation rights may be affected depending on what you agreed to at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal consumer rights. If you believe you’ve been billed incorrectly, email jennie@gohealthandfitness.co.uk.

Community spaces

If you take part in any GO community spaces (comments, groups, challenges, etc.), you agree to be respectful and supportive. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or sharing private information about others is not allowed. We may remove content or restrict access to protect the community.

Content ownership (intellectual property)

All GO Health & Fitness materials (including programmes, videos, downloads, recipes, branding, and written content) belong to us or are licensed to us. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, distribute, resell, or publish our materials without written permission.

User content & testimonials

If you share comments, photos, feedback, or testimonials with us, you confirm you have the right to share them. You also give us permission to use them for community and marketing purposes (for example, sharing a testimonial on the website or social media). If you want a testimonial removed from future marketing, email us and we’ll do our best to stop further use.

Liability

We do our best to provide accurate and helpful content, but you use the website and Services at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from your participation in any programme where you have not followed appropriate medical guidance or safe practice, or for any indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence).

Privacy & links

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy (linked on the website). We may link to third-party websites (including payment and social platforms) and we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction (unless consumer law provides otherwise).
